We do not offer refunds, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us on info@keshkeshroastery.com and inform us of the issue found with the product.

When the issue raised is assessed and approved as valid for an exchange, this will then be advised on email.

Kindly note that product will only be valid for an exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of the exchange approval date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging and labels attached.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

If the issue raised has been approved for a valid exchange process, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase], and mail your return the following address:

REFUNDS
