Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location within Canada and the selected shipping method. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
You may create an account during checkout or from the My Account page. An account allows you to track orders, manage addresses, and view order history.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use the provided link to monitor delivery progress.
We do not store full credit card details. Payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways that comply with Canadian security standards.
Applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province.
Returns, Exchanges, and Order Support
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on opened coffee products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If you received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a resolution promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and product. We will assess and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return shipping instructions will be provided once approval is granted.

Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@keshkeshroastery.com.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are processed for roasting and shipping. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing checkout.
If a coffee or product is temporarily sold out, you may contact us to enquire about the next roast date or restock timeline.
Some limited roasts may return based on seasonal sourcing. For high-demand items, we may offer restock notifications or limited pre-orders when available.
